Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
